Catalini Italian Farm

The Catalini Farm is idyllically located amidst the lush hills of Marche’s countryside, only a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea. The mild temperatures throughout the year and the fertile soil of the Aso Valley, allow the Catalini Farm to produce several different kinds of fruit of the highest quality. Our passion and respect for Nature, passed on by several generations, are combined with the attempt to constantly improve our farming techniques.

The desire to taste the sweetest fruits throughout the year has encouraged Sergio, the farm owner, to find a preservation system that keeps the wholesomeness of the products unchanged over time.

After a process of selection, the fruit is washed, peeled, cut (when necessary) and added to water, sugar and lemon into glass jars. The ingredients are then cooked over a bain-marie.

Our production includes fruit in syrup, delicious jams, peeled tomatoes, tomato sauces, olive oil, sapa and the traditional vino cotto. As looking after the environment is a priority for us, our farming techniques have a low environmental impact and comply to the Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/99 P.S.R. Marche Misura F1 2003. No colourings or preservatives are used in our recipes.
